The grievance of the petitioner is that despite knocking at the doors of the respondents right from July 2014 onwards seeking cancellation of subdivision and issuing patta in the name of the petitioner's predecessor in interest, no steps have been taken by the respondents. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen from the typedset of papers that the petitioner has given repeated representations beginning from 14.07.2014 and as late as on 21.08.2023.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to take up the petitioner's representation on a priority basis and conduct due enquiry, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as other interested parties and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this 2/4

order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
