ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the defacto complainant, investigation was undertaken and during the course of investigation, compromise reached between the parties and thereafter, further action has been dropped. RCS Notice was also served upon the defacto complainant.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
