Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hand of the respondent. It appears that against the son of the first petitioner a criminal case has been registered by the respondent police. The petitioners are not figuring in the FIR. Therefore, the respondent is not justified in summoning the petitioners for enquiry. If the respondent is of the view that the petitioner are accused then the respondent will issue summons only in writing and there is no question of orally summoning the petitioners. 3.The criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
