Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct fourth respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 19.04.2025.

3. Considering the application being of very recent origin, the writ petition is disposed of granting sixteen weeks time to the fourth respondent to conduct survey and pass orders on the petitioner's application, after 2/4

hearing any private parties involved, fix four boundaries stones of the petitioner's property. No costs.
