This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.10766 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.73 of 2023, dated 16.10.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial 1/3

Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m, pending appeal. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.10766 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.73 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, namely, Fast Track Mahila Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
