Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to i) To constitute a Court appointed Rehabilitation Committee headed by a retired Judge, a reputed Counsellor, a Clinical Psychologist and the Collector of Thiruchirapalli District to prepare a comprehensive, individual care and rehabilitation plan for the victims, who are the female inmates of Mose Ministries, Trichy; ii) To direct the Respondents 1, 2 and 3 to meaningfully implement the measures suggested by the Rehabilitation Committee, in order to mainstream the victims into the society at the earliest and ensure their gainful employment; iii) To direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to pay the victims one time monetary assistance of at least Rs.5 Lakhs each from the Victim Compensation Fund; iv) To direct the respondents 1, 2 and 3 to provide the victims revised Aadhar card, Community Certificate, Educational Certificate, Birth certificate etc with the genuine parentage needed to pursue further education / employment; v) 3/6

To direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide free higher education, skill development and employment to the victims as per suggestions that may be issued by the Rehabilitation Committee; vi) To direct the Rehabilitation Committee to provide professional counseling to the victims and their identified parents in order to ensure smooth and successful integration of the victims with their biological families; vii) To direct the 4th respondent, to identify and trace the biological families of the remaining victims whose parents are yet to be identified viii) To direct the 5th Respondent to provide round the clock security at the premises of the victims at Mose ministries and to prevent the accused and/or his agents from contacting and influencing the victims in any manner, either directly or indirectly.
