When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the authority had rejected the petitioners' request for issuing patta in respect of the property in Survey Nos.273/B and 274 to a total extent of 72 cents situated at Sempadampalayam Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had received the said rejection order through the Right to Information Act.

W.P(MD)No.8560 of 2019 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the said rejection order passed by the concerned authority before the appropriate forum, if they are so advised. 4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
