Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the electric poles and high tension wires installed in my above said land in Survey nos.23/1A 1B, 20/1A1, 25/5, 7 and 11 situated in Veeranam village, Uthamalai Sub Registration Office, Veerakeralampudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District, for the purposes of supply of wind energy to the 4th respondent by considering my representation dated 11.6.2018 within a stipulated time.

O R D E R

When Mr.T.Sakthi Kumaran, learned counsel, who takes notice for the fourth respondent, brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition, in W.P.(MD) No.20663 of 2018, for the very same cause of action and the said writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn vide order of this Court, dated 22.10.2018, and this Court expressed its view to dismiss the writ petition on the said ground with exemplary cost, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
