Prabhu Rajadurai, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to extend the time prescribed in CRP(MD)Nos. 232 and 235 of 2022, dated 28.02.2022. In the said orders, this Court directed the petitioner to vacate the premises and hand over the same to the landlord, on or before first week of June, 2022.
2.Already, the petitioner had filed an undertaking memo before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CMP(MD). No.5475 and 5477 of 2022 this Court. Without accepting the undertaking filed by the petitioner, this Court has granted only four months time, ie., on or before the first week of June, 2022. Again the petitioner has filed these petitions seeking extension of time till 31.12.2022. Now, the time is lapsed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to extend the time limit.
