2.In this writ petition what is under challenge is a letter dated 07.12.2018 sent by the Assistant Director / Member Secretary, Directorate of Town and Country Planning, Kajamalai, Trichy to an advocate namely, Shri.Elephant G.Rajendran. This is a mere communication in response to an RTI application submitted by the concerned individual. It is not a formal order that is amenable to judicial review. The writ petition is not maintainable. This writ petition is closed without prejudice to the contentions of the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
