Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUNKUMAR A G, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioners could not able to arrange the sureties in time, they are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.6749 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021.
