ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on his complaint dated 02.02.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.5 of 2023. Similarly, the respondents 3 to 5 have also lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.6 of 2023. Both the complaints were enquired and closed on 20.01.2023.

3. The respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he shall work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 11.07.2024 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
