ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the FIR in Crime No. 202 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.202 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in CC.No.1338 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenaksi.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and as per FIR, there are specific allegations to constitute the offence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report filed in Crime No.202 of 2024 in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
