: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to make necessary entries in their records waiving the loan amount of Rs.57,72,220/- disbursed to the members of the fifth respondent society as per the proceedings of the third respondent in Na.Ka.1451/16 Tho.Va., dated 27.09.2016, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2018 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The grievance of the petitioner is that, notwithstanding the discharge of the loan as per waiver scheme, a demand is being made based upon the original liability.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a communication has been sent by the third respondent to the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.1451/16 Tho.Va., dated 27.09.2016, which can be directed to be disposed of.

3.In such view of the matter, we direct the fourth respondent to pass orders on the communication in Na.Ka.1451/16 Tho.Va., dated 27.09.2016, within a period of six [6] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
