ORDER
The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.89 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220002225 on 18.08.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.
3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
