ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.50 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Kanyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Kanyakumari Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 83 days.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition for the past 83 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.50 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026, is modified to 2/4

the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
