2.This matter was already disposed of by this Court on 22.06.2022, by imposing a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/-. Now, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner cum driver, but the owner of the PDS rice, which was loaded in the vehicle, was not known to him. The said contention is not an acceptable one. The person, who transported the PDS rice, has to pay the penalty. 3.Hence, there is no clarification needed further in this matter.
