O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to consider the complaint dated 17.04.2025 filed by the petitioner and take appropriate actions.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the civil dispute, the petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 17.04.2025, but no action was taken. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and one Selvam and Kanniyammal, due to which the opposite party lodged a complaint and the petitioner also lodged a complaint on 17.04.2025. Both the complaints are under consideration and they will consider the representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law. Page No. 2 of 4

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the records.

5. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner along with the counter complaint in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
