ORDER
These petitions are filed to modify the conditions No.7 (i) and (iii) imposed in order dated 13.03.2026 in Crl.MP(MD)Nos. 5815/2026 and 5816/2026 in Crl.RC(MD)Nos.480/2026 and 481/2026, respectively.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from 'Intervertebral Disc Prolapse'. Hence, he sought modification of this condition.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not even a single time complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he opposed to modify the 2/5
conditions.
4. Heard both sides.
5. Considering the submission on both sides and considering the age of the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner can manage to comply with the conditions imposed earlier at least for a period of two weeks only to show his bonafide. After complying with the conditions imposed by this Court at least for a period of two weeks, this Court can consider the modification.
6. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
