This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of A.S.No. 148 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, Madurai District.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 30.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, Madurai District. He has sent a report dated 04.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of A.S.No.148 of 2014 within a period of six months. Consequently, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, Madurai District, is requested to dispose of A.S.No.148 of 2014 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
