ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial in case in C.C.No.87 of 2013, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case has been adjourned for the examination of the defence witness from the year 2014.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Calender case is pending from the year 2013. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, to complete the trial proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
