ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2018 and to file charge sheet in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within two months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Considering the submission, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report
within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
