ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 04.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC in Crime No.881 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was detained as per proceeding in Detention Order No.99 of 2018 dated 11.11.2018 under Goonda Act. He has also produced a copy of the Detention Order to that effect.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
