survey has already been conducted.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, fairly submits that survey has been conducted and the report has also been furnished to the petitioner stating that one Chithra has planted coconut trees in Survey No.706/2.

4. In view of the above, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the said action of the said Chithra, it shall be open to the petitioner to seek remedy before the competent Civil Court.
