ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that serious irregularities in dealing with the temple properties are identified. The representation submitted to the 1st respondent who in turn has not responded. Thus, the writ petition came to be instituted. 3/6

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent would submit that the sale of property were approved by the 2nd respondent/ The Commissioner, HR & CE Department and it has been absolved by this Court in a writ order. Be that as it may, the 2nd respondent/ The Commissioner, HR & CE Department is directed to look into the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 23.01.2019 and if required initiate all appropriate actions The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
