CRL OP(MD). No.10228 of 2021 The petitioners/A3 to A5 and A7 to A9, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(2) I.P.C, in Crime No.297 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that there are three victims in this case and one of the victims is still in hospital.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and this criminal original petition is accordingly, dismissed.
