Tirunelveli, in D.No.1098/2024 Dated 20.12.2024, seeking further time for Dispose of the E.A.No.583 of 2015 in O.S.No.693 of 1999 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.09.2022, this Court made the following order: The learned Principal District Munsif Judge, Tirunelveli sent a letter, dated 20.12.2024 requesting an extension of further time of two months to dispose of the case in E.A.No.583 of 2015 in O.S.No.693 of 1999, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 29.09.2022.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 20.12.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose of the case in E.A.No.583 of 2015 in O.S.No.693 of 1999. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said E.A.No.583 of 2015 in O.S.No.693 of 1999.
