Crl.M.P(MD)No.8484 of 2026 This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the criminal revision petition against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.532 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Kuzhithurai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court). Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
