The matter has been listed today under the caption "for clarification" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Baskaran, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Bank had committed several irregularities.
3.When this Court has already decided the issue with regard to maintainability, since the petitioner has not exhausted the alternative remedy provided under the SARFAESI Act, the question of entertaining any such clarification does not arise.
