O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to remove the name board illegally erected by 7th respondent in petitioner's patta land in survey nos.468/2A, 468/2B, 468/2C1A, 468/64, 468/2C1C situated at Nilakottai village, Dindigul District based on 4th respondent proceedings Na.Ka.No.62/2025/THA/A dated Page No. 2 of 6

05.03.2025 and petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 and consequently, to direct the 6th respondent to give police protection at the time of removing a name board by 3rd respondent herein.

2. According to the petitioner, she sent the representation dated 24.03.2025 to the official respondents for removing the name board erected by the 7th respondent in her patta land, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent no.1, 2 and 6 would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the 3rd respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending for enquiry.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 7th respondent inclined to pass order in this petition.

6. Since the representation of the petitioner is pending with the 3rd respondent, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the parties, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.
