(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Consistently, there is no representation for the petitioner. When the matter was listed for hearing on 02.08.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not present. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 13.08.2021. On 13.08.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 17.08.2021. 2.Though the matter has been listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today ie., 17.08.2021, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
