PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Sale Notice issue by 2nd respondent in Sale Notice dated 09.04.2025 and proposed 1/3

sale on 23.05.2025 quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to given sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to settle the Loan amount due as per RBI Rules.
