This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has conducted enquiry in C.S.R.No.523 of 2024 and closed the same on 06.05.2024.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
