O R D E R
This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Ni.Mu.AA2/28939/2015 dated 06.04.2017, by which, the revision petition filed by the 3rd respondent was allowed by the 1st respondent, directing the parties to approach the concerned authority after a decision rendered in pending O.S.Nos.258/2014 and 60/2015 by the concerned Civil Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for R3 that there is no objection on the part of the 3rd respondent in issuing patta in the name of the petitioner and such issuance shall be subject to the result of the civil dispute, pending before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Civil Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner would, on instructions, submit that the petitioner is agreeable for the same.
3. Recording the said mutual agreement between the parties, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
