ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's property in S.Nos.583/1 and 583/23, situated in Kodalvaavi Village, Sri Ramapuram Post, Dindigul District, by considering the representation dated 16.09.2020, given by the petitioner.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent Police and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.312 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found police protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
