2. According to the petitioner, the respondents are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that they did not harass the petitioner and only they are watching the movement of the petitioner due to previous case is pending 0against him.
