This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction, to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to issue a 'Non Traceable Certificate' to the petitioner, in connection with C.S.R.No.335 of 2016, dated 31.07.2016, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.09.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for Respondents gave an undertaking to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 15.09.2020. The said submission is recorded.
