The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner after rectifying the spelling error in the name of the petitioner reflecting the petitioner's name as 'Sathya' instead of 'Santhya', in the joint patta. The petitioner has made a representation commending from 17.02.2025 and ending with 02.04.2025.

2.Learned Government Advocate would however, contend that though the petitioner has made three representations altogether, no online application has been made in this regard, which is mandatory. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to make necessary online application for correction of the petitioner's name and also for issuance of patta and pay the requisite fees for the same. On such application being made and necessary charges being paid, the second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representations dated 17.02.2025, 26.03.2025 and 02.04.2025 and pass final orders, 2/5

on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of the objections, if any, of the copattathars. 4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
