2 W.P.(MD)NO.11834 OF 2024 Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to give permission to conduct the temple festival, namely, Sri Raja and Sri Kamatchi Amman situated at Allinagaram Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District and also respondents 4 and 5 to give adequate police protection which enabling all the family members participate in the temple festival in peaceful manner which would be scheduled from 07.06.2024 to 11.06.2024. Since the petition mentioned temple event is occurring in village, the question of the authorities granting permission does not arise at all. The petitioner has not obtained declaration in his favour. Hence, the question of giving police protection does not arise. Neither the Court nor the authorities have restrained the petitioner. 3 W.P.(MD)NO.11834 OF 2024 issue arises, the authorities will take action as per law. The question of this Court interfering at this stage does not arise at all. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
