Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.Mo.7256 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam, dated 09.10.2018 as any other police station at Chennai instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m in the morning and 5.00 p.m in the evening for a period of 30 days from the date of his release.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.Mo.7256 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam, dated 09.10.2018 as any other police station at Chennai instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m in the morning and 5.00 p.m in the evening for a period of 30 days from the date of his release.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed in Cr.M.P(MD).No.7256 of 2018 on the file of the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Santhankulam daily twice at 10.00 a.m in the morning and 5.00 p.m in the evening for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of this order copy. The other conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in Cr.M.P.No.7256 of 2018, remains unchanged.

4.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
