Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.POORNACHANDRAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.17024 of 2023 in Crl.O.P (MD) No.19344 of 2023, dated 04.12.2023.
