ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This anticipatory bail petition has been filed on the ground that the earlier order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12965 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021 expired due to the lapse of time. 2.Since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail earlier, the second anticipatory bail may not lie. If the time is lapsed, the petitioner has to file a petition for extension of time. Earlier the petitioner filed a petition for extension of time. However, the same was dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to file another petition seeking extension of time. 3.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
