O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to set aside the final report filed by the respondent police before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Manamelkudi, Pudukkottai District, which was not taken on file and consequently direct the fourth respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.43 of 2024 and then file a final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner an FIR in crime No. 43 of 2024 has been registered under Sections 174(3) of Cr.P.C. After investigation, final report has been filed 2/4

before the Additional Sessions Court, Pudukottai and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.18 of 2025.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition stands closed.
