This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent by conducting enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent a representation dated 17.04.2025 to the second respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's 2/4

representation is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
