ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2018 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mrs.S.Srimathi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that the Petitioner was employed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fourth respondent-School, which is a Government aided school and resigned from job on 30.11.2012, due to her family circumstances. Some monetary benefits like surrender leave salary has not been has not been paid to the Petitioner. Hence the Petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 11.09.2018 to the respondents. Since the said representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court with the relief stated supra.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondents are ready to dispose of the representation submitted by the Petitioner in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the above submission, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 11.09.2018 and to pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with the rules, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment to do so. The persons likely to be affected by the respondents shall be heard before a decision is taken.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
