ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.253 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Crime No.343 of 2022, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 399 IPC and formal arrest has also been made in this case.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the aforesaid case in Crime No.343 of 2022 was registered.

CRL OP(MD). No.11082 of 2022 4.The date of FIR in the aforesaid case is stated to be on 02.07.2022. The date of presentation of this petition is 20.06.2022. Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted anticipatory bail stating that during the pendency of this petition, arrest has been made by registering the case against him, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
