The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court, dated 08.12.2023 made in W.P(MD) No.25859 of 2023.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the respondent in the writ petition, has passed an order on 31.07.2024, cancelling the order of dismissal and permitting the writ petitioner to retire from service.

3. In view of the above said order, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
