ORDER
(Judgment of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 6 to 8 in the public pathway in Survey No.57/1B2M of Puliyurkurichi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, 2/4

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions from the 3rd respondent / Tahsildar would submit that the revenue authorities and Village Administrative Officer of Nanguneri Taluk have surveyed the abovesaid survey number and identified the encroachments made by the private respondents and eviction of such encroachments will be proceeded by due process of law within a time frame.
3. Recording the said submission, the official respondents are directed to remove the encroachments identified in the subject place by due process of law after affording sufficient opportunity to the private respondents, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
