This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.257 of 2020, on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.257 of 2020 is pending without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Final Report is made ready on 21.09.2020 and prays three weeks time to file the same.
