ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A-2 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 506(i) of I.P.C. r/w 3 of Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons & Medicare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence & Damage or Loss to the Property), in Crime No.107 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek/s anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, wherein the petitioner name was deleted in the charge sheet.
